Join our highly experienced Medicinal Chemistry team to develop next-generation drugs for multiple devastating diseases. We integrate excellence in medicinal & computational chemistry, biology, and ADME-Tox to efficiently convert targets into novel clinical candidates.
Absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, toxicity – all critical parameters in the development of new medicines. Are you interested in cutting-edge science and continuing development to generate, interpret, and use complex ADME-Tox and DMPK data sets? We work with experts in medicinal chemistry, DMPK, and biology, both in-house and at customer teams, to facilitate and accelerate the advancement of potential therapeutics. We make a difference to patients with our in-depth expertise.
We are experts in converting synthetic routes used in early research into scalable GMP-compliant production processes. We help our clients with the preparation of their drug substances that are used in clinical trials. We apply chemistry, manufacturing, and control (CMC) principles to ensure the quality of the products and to reduce risks for patients. To that end, we offer chemical process and analytical development and scale-up studies, including risk assessments and process safety studies, before we initiate manufacturing.

Our Weert and Prague sites are GMP certified and approved by the national authorities. Our quality-management systems are built to meet all requirements of GMP. Our Environmental, Health, and Safety Officers assess all incoming materials and projects to determine whether our facilities and operations can handle them and identify the technical checks and personal protective equipment needed to prevent exposure and contamination.
